What is CARB doing now to give small fleets a break? While many of us were in Woodland a few weeks back enjoying another great CDTOA business meeting, CARB staff released a modified proposal for fleet with one to three trucks. CARB has clearly heard from the CDTOA advocacy team and is proposing softer steps for these fleets on the way to 2010 engines.
