Sixteen Senate Republicans signed a letter asking EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson to clarify a statement by EPA Water Enforcement Director Mark Pollins, who said the Supreme Court's ruling in Sackett v. EPA would have little effect on agency enforcement, according to Inside EPA. 'Instead of seeing court rebukes as a wake-up call and immediately beginning to reevaluate policies that are overly aggressive, EPA staff are saying that nothing has changed," Sen.
