No Application Required, Only Your CCTA Membership!

• All Michelin commercial and light truck tires will be priced significantly below dealer cost.
• Prices will be the same nationwide at all Michelin authorized dealers.
• Emergency Road Service Coverage nationwide will be billed at National Account Savings.
• Michelin Retread products will be priced at national account levels.
  

To be eligible for our Michelin National Account Discount:

1. Member must be in good standing
2. Call our office at (909) 982-9898 and have your business listed in our National Account
3. Add the credit card that will be used to purchase the tires listed on our Michelin account
4. Let your dealer know that you are a member of the California Dump Truck Owners Association (CDTOA) or California Construction Trucking Association (CCTA) and you are listed on the National Account
5. Use your credit card placed in our National Account as your form of I.D., We suggest using your Membership Number as your P.O. number for better tracking
6. Dealer will then apply the Michelin National Discount to your bill, that easy!
7. A statement will be sent out to the CCTA office
8. Once we receive the statement of your purchase, we then forward you a copy.

*NOTE:  If CCTA acknowledges that you are not a current or good standing member, Michelin may bill you the difference for your purchase

RETREAD TIRE PROCESS AT DEALERSHIP

1. Visit Michelin dealership
2. Mention that you are a member of the California Dump Truck Owners Association (CDTOA) and you have casings to cap
3. Choose your tread design
4. They will fill out a work order with your contact information (CCTA/CDTOA ID) and number of caps plus tread design of choice
5. They will bar code your tires, send them to the retread shop, then they get processed and sent back to the dealership
6. You will not be charged until they know the recap is good to recap
7. If something is rejected, there is a disposal fee.

Depending on workload 1- 1 1/2 week turnaround time, Price may change with out notice.

Dear Members,

As of February 2012, Michelin has changed the way it conducts business with all trade association members.  Due to the high rate of fraud, Michelin has taken further steps to protect their clients and its trade association partners.

In order to use our national account to purchase Michelin tires, you must first call the CCTA office (909) 982-9898 and have your Michelin account set-up.

We will need a bit of information to insure proper account set-up for your tire purchases.

Michelin is requiring the main credit card that will be used to purchase the tires, billing address of the credit card, the name on the card as it appears, and the expiration date.

Once this information has been set up in our Michelin National account database you will be able to purchase tires under our discount (CCTA will not be able to see your credit card number. The only visible credit card numbers are the last 4 digits).

This process also insures that non-members cannot use your membership ID to get the discount.

When going into a tire shop, let them know that you are a member of the CALIFORNIA DUMP TRUCK OWNERS ASSOCIATION or the CALIFORNIA CONSTRUCTION TRUCKING ASSOCIATION/WESTERN TRUCKING ALLIANCE.

The tire shop will then ask you for the credit card that was placed on file with our Michelin National Account as proof of current membership with CCTA and also used as payment.  You’re no longer required to show proof of association membership or any other form of ID.
